DELIVERY OVERVIEW

📦  We partner with Royal Mail to deliver orders across the UK.

Our goal is to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day.

We strive to keep delivery costs reasonable, often subsidising a portion of the expenses. 

For UK orders below a set threshold (see current threshold on the cart on our website), we charge a flat-rate delivery fee, even though our actual costs may be significantly higher depending on the delivery destination.

GUARANTEES

🚚  We do everything we can to ensure your orders arrive on time, but please note that couriers cannot provide absolute guarantees on their quoted delivery times. 

This applies to deliveries across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Highlands.
