Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel it or make any changes, unfortunately. This is because our warehouse team starts picking and packing orders almost immediately, to get them dispatched as fast as possible.

If you need help, please get in touch with our Customer Experience team at [email protected] as soon as you can. We can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll always do our best to help.

If your order has been placed and you no longer want to keep it, you’re welcome to return the product(s) to us for a refund.
