📦 Returns & Refunds

We like to keep things simple here at Hunter & Gather. You can return any of our products within 60 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please ensure your items are sent back securely packaged in a box, just as they arrived with you.

To start your return, head to our returns portal:
https://hunterandgather.returns.international/

1. Enter your order number and postcode, then proceed
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and add your reason for return
3. Click proceed
4. Choose your preferred carrier option and continue
5. Download your returns label and follow the instructions provided

Once your return is on its way, you can track your return journey using the tracking link provided in the portal.
