Why should you use Avocado Oil?Updated a year ago

Our Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is cold pressed from perfectly ripe hand-picked Hass avocados that would normally go to waste in the Kenya export market simply because they are the wrong size, shape or colour. It is best to use Cold-pressed, Extra-Virgin Avocado Oil as it retains most of the nutrients that may otherwise be lost in the heat of the conventional extraction process. Our Cold-Pressed, Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is very different from industrially produced Vegetable and Seed Oils. Industrially produced Vegetable and Seed oils (Rapeseed, Canola and Sunflower Oils) are high in polyunsaturated fats, which imbalances your Omega 3 - 6 ratio (which can lead to inflammation and chronic disease) it is estimated that our modern western diets have an imbalance of up to 16:1 ratio (16x more omega 6 than omega 3).
