What is the benefit of using Avocado Oil instead of Vegetable Oils?Updated 2 years ago

Industrially produced vegetable and seed oils (rapeseed, canola and sunflower oils) are high in polyunsaturated fats, which imbalances your Omega 3 - 6 ratio (which can lead to inflammation and chronic disease) it is estimated that our modern western diets have an imbalance of up to 16:1 ratio (16x more omega 6 than omega 3). By reducing your intake of these oils, by switching your cooking oils and avoiding sauces and condiments with seed or vegetable oils.
