What’s the process in making your bone broth?Updated 8 hours ago
We start with a spectrum of grass-fed, high-welfare European beef bones — including marrow, knuckle, and connective tissue–rich cuts — selected for their nutrient density. These are simmered in water to gently extract collagen, amino acids, and minerals. Because we use a variety of bones, the simmer times vary naturally to ensure we get the most from each batch.
The result is a rich, syrup-like broth packed with goodness. We then gently dry it into a powder, locking in the flavour and nutrition. Once bagged, it’s ready for you to rehydrate and enjoy — whether as a sipping drink or added to your favourite recipes.
