Is the oil 100% Olive and not cut with other oils?Updated a year ago
At Hunter & Gather, our promise is to always provide information, recipes, and products that do not contain refined sugars, grains, or vegetable or seed oils. Therefore, we will never personally cut any oil or product with cheaper vegetable or seed oils - it goes against the reason we exist and our mission. Each batch of oil is laboratory tested to check certain characteristics of the oil. The manufacturer is regulated by the IFS, which audits the facility every 3 months. There is also a Spanish state body called SOIVRE that controls the output of olive oil in all Spanish customs, which guarantees that the oil is 100% olive.
