Is the butter from grass-fed cows?Updated 2 months ago

Our butter is sourced from cattle which are fed grass and pasture-raised on lush and rich fields throughout mainland Europe. This means cattle are fed on at least a 92% grass and forage diet. Transparency is one of our founding principles and as such, we refuse to use the terms ‘100% Grass-Fed’  on our packaging which could be misleading to our customers. 

During our search to source the finest quality ingredients, we couldn't find any farms that could ensure that supplementary feeds are not used during the colder winter months. 

The likelihood, however, is that they are fed with silage or haylage during these colder months (which come from grass).
