Our Kidney organ meat capsules contain DAO (Diamine Oxidase) which are completely free from chemical preservatives, bulkers, and fillers as we only use raw kidney which is freeze-dried and encapsulated in a gelatin capsule.&#xA0;Our organ meats come from wild roaming Icelandic Lamb which are grass-fed and free from antibiotics and hormones. Kidney organ meat has the most DAO available out of all organ meats and is recommended for those with low DAO and histamine intolerance.&#xA0;We have not yet measured the specific DAO content and have therefore refrained from referring to any specific quantities of DAO that will be present in our kidney supplement.&#xA0;This is something in our future plans. &#x1F64C;
