Once an order has been placed, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or make any changes. This is because our warehouse team begins picking and packing orders almost immediately to ensure the fastest possible dispatch.
If you do need support, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at [email protected] as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll always do our best to assist where we can.
If your order has been placed and you no longer wish to keep it, you’re welcome to return the product(s) to us for a refund.
