What batteries are needed for the whisk, do they come with the whisk?

You need 2 AA batteries to use in the whisk and these will need to be purchased separately.

How should I wash the whisk?

To wash the whisk, either run the end of it under the tap or remove the end of the whisk and wash in warm, soapy water. Ensure to avoid getting the battery compartment wet.

Can the tin be washed?

Yes, the tin can be washed with warm soapy water. Just ensure it is thoroughly dried before pouring more collagen into the tin.

What is the tin made from?

The tin is made from stainless steel and is a food-safe material.

Will the tin keep the collagen airtight?

Yes, the tin is airtight and will protect the collagen from sunlight and air.

How much collagen can fit within the tin?

You can fit at least 500g of collagen per tin, so feel free to fill up to the top, or add one bag at a time. We made sure that it fit more than just one bag so that when you are getting low, you can top up without leaving some in the pouch.
