Why is your olive oil bottle dark glass?Updated 22 days ago

We only use recyclable glass bottles for our extra virgin olive oil, which are dark in colour to help protect the oil from oxidisation caused by sunlight. Once empty, you could reuse the bottle for salad dressings or as a long-stemmed flower vase, or simply pop it in your recycling.
