Where should I store my ghee?Updated 22 days ago
Our rich, delicious ghee is made in the UK from West Country organic, grass-fed dairy. With no impurities or toxins, it's a great alternative to butter, cooking oils, or even as a milk replacer in your fatty coffee. Once opened, you don't need to refrigerate the ghee, as the milk solids have been removed. We recommend keeping the jar in a cool, dark cupboard. If it does get too warm and turns to liquid, just pop it in the fridge to harden back up. We hope that helps.
