We are so sorry once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any amendments including modifications to the delivery address.
This is due to the high volume of orders and the quick dispatching process our warehouse team provides.
You will receive tracking information via email if you haven't already. This tracking link will enable you to view and select any available alternative delivery options.
Please note that for security reasons our courier providers will only consider alternative delivery requests made by the designated recipient.
