For children under 4 years old: Mix one sachet with 1 litre of water and divide it into four 250ml portions. Give them 250ml per day.

For children between 4 and 10 years old: Mix one sachet with 1 litre of water and divide it into two 500ml portions. Give them 500ml per day.
