Great question! You can use both if you would like to however collagen is a pure source of protein, so depending on your protein requirements you may find that just collagen is enough for you. You can use between 10g - 30g of collagen per day 🙌 You can't overdose as such on protein as you will just excrete it, but if you are utilising vegan protein for protein then you will get this from collagen, plus lots of essential amino acids. 👍
