Ghee is really versatile and can be used for the following: Cooking, baking, roasting and frying (has a smoke point of 250C). Adding to fat (Bullet) coffee - we recommend adding up to 15g per cup and whisking with a milk frother. Moisturising skin - lather onto skin for a deep moisturiser (due to the vitamin E content). Spooning onto sweet potato - it is delicious in a roasted sweet potato or mashed into cauliflower mash.
