How should I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil?Updated a year ago

We recommend that you use Extra Virgin Olive Oil for cold uses. Extra Virgin olive oil has a lower smoke point than other oils (such as ghee & avocado oil) and we would recommend opting for a different oil for high heat cooking like frying or roasting. Here are some ways that we love to use olive oil: Drizzling on salads. Pouring over meals, soups, cauliflower mash, etc. Adding some to smoothies. Moisturising your skin. Making mayonnaise or condiments (salad dressings).
