There is a whopping 5000mg of pure, wild-caught marine collagen per 14g serve. We recommend up to 10,000mg of marine collagen per day. So you can have 2 drinks of Rise & Glow per day, or you can also include bovine collagen or another of our collagen products (such as the creamers) later in the day.
