How much Bovine Collagen should I have each day?Updated a month ago

We recommend you take 13g per day ( 2 level tbsps) however you can take between 10g to 30g.

This is of course dependant on your individual lifestyle requirements such as activity levels and current health status. 

If in doubt, we recommend you consult with a trained health practitioner that has an appreciation and understanding for integrative/functional health optimising healthcare.
