How many times a day can I have the electrolytes?Updated a month ago

Research shows that individuals who do not follow an ultra-processed diet, typically have 2-3g more sodium (not salt!) than those on a wholefood diet. 

This may mean you could be deficient. 

Enjoying our electrolytes in cold water can be a daily ritual, especially if you're active or following specific diets like keto or paleo. 

Generally, one sachet per day is sufficient for most people to maintain optimal hydration and electrolyte balance. 

However, this can vary based on your individual needs, activity levels, and environmental conditions. If you're engaged in intense physical activities or in environments that cause significant sweating (we love a sauna), you might need more to replenish lost electrolytes. 

Just remember to listen to your body and adjust accordingly.
