What is the Double Cashback event?

For one day only, we're doubling our usual cashback rates.

Optimal Health tier (subscribers):

• Bring your next subscription order forward today: 10% cashback (usually 5%).
• Place a one-time order or start a new subscription today: 10% cashback (usually 5%).

Thrive tier (one-time customers):

• Start a new subscription today: 10% cashback (usually 5%).
• Place a one-time order today: 4% cashback (usually 2%).

When is the offer valid?

From 00:00 to 23:59 on 29 July 2026 (UK time). Orders placed or subscription payments processed outside this window aren't eligible.

How do I get 10% cashback?

• Optimal Health tier (subscribers): You get 10% cashback whether you bring your next order forward or place a one-time order today. To bring your order forward, use the link in your email or login to your subscription portal here. 
• Thrive tier (one-time customers): Start a new subscription at any point during the offer window to get 10% cashback.

Will bringing my order forward charge me today instead of my usual billing date?

Yes. Confirming this moves your billing date to today, so your card will be charged today rather than on your normal scheduled date.

What if I have more than one subscription?

This only brings forward your next upcoming order. If you would like to choose which subscription order to 'get now' head to your subscription portal and click the 'get now' button on your desired subscription order.

How do I get 4% cashback?

If you're in our Thrive tier (not currently a subscriber), placing a one-time order today gets you 4% cashback.

I'm in the Optimal Health tier placing a one-time order — which rate do I get?

10%, the same as bringing your subscription order forward. As an Optimal Health member, you get 10% cashback on any order placed today, not just subscription orders.

When will I receive my cashback?

Once you have placed your order today you cashback will be sitting in your account.
