Can I save my Collagen if it has gone hard?Updated 9 months ago

We are so sorry to hear that your Collagen Peptides have become hard/solid. 

We have seen on very rare occasions that the Collagen can solidify and this has normally occurred if there is any residual moisture in the bag, from a wet spoon for example, or if the weather has been very damp. 

A few tips to help avoid this in the future are to make sure that the collagen bag is kept in a cool dark cupboard and to use a clean dry spoon when decanting it into your beverage or food. 

Unfortunately, there is no way to bring your Collagen back to the smooth powder consistency it should be so if you could be so kind as to get in touch with our customer service team at [email protected] with the "Best Before Date" and "Batch Number" (this is located at the back of the packet in the white rectangular box) and order number they will be delighted to help. 

Please dispose of the hard collagen in your normal food bin. 👍
