We take a lot of care ensuring your items are well packed at the Hunter & Gather warehouse ( using environmentally friendly recyclable packaging 👍 ) however some times when your package leaves us they can be handled without care and breakages can occur.
Please can you send us a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received for our records to our Customer Service team at [email protected]
We can then offer a full refund of the item(s) or send you a replacement.
