We include pink Himalayan salt on purpose, for both function and flavour. Salt carries the natural savoury compounds released from the grass-fed bones, giving a balanced broth profile. Each serving contains 1.13g of salt, a useful source of sodium, an essential electrolyte that supports hydration, nerve signalling and muscle contraction.
