What's the process behind making your bone broth?Updated 22 days ago

We start with a range of grass-fed, high-welfare European beef bones, including marrow, knuckle, and connective tissue-rich cuts, chosen for their nutrient density. These are simmered in water to gently extract collagen, amino acids, and minerals. Because we use a variety of bones, simmer times vary naturally so we get the most from each batch.

The result is a rich, syrup-like broth packed with goodness. We then gently dry it into a powder, locking in the flavour and nutrition. Once bagged, it’s ready for you to rehydrate and enjoy, whether as a sipping drink or added to your favourite recipes.
