We will always do things in ways that support the planet, rather than break it down. That means choosing high welfare, grass-fed and free-range meat, regeneratively farmed where possible, and wild-caught, sustainably sourced fish, never farmed. Where we can, we also choose wonky fruit, like avocados, to help reduce food waste. We're also proud to be a certified B Corp, held to high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.
