My collagen has gone hard, what do I do?Updated 22 days ago

We're sorry to hear that your Collagen Peptides have become hard or solid.

On rare occasions, the collagen can solidify, and this usually happens if there's residual moisture in the bag, for example from a wet spoon, or if the weather has been very damp.

Here are a few tips to help avoid this in future. Keep the collagen bag in a cool, dark cupboard, and use a clean, dry spoon when scooping it into your food or drink.

Unfortunately, there's no way to bring your collagen back to its usual smooth powder consistency. If you could get in touch with our Customer Experience team at [email protected] with the "Best Before Date" and "Batch Number" (found on the back of the packet, in the white rectangular box) and your order number, they'll be happy to help.

Please dispose of the hard collagen in your normal food bin.
