Yes, every batch of our olive oil is third-party tested for pesticide residue and heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, iron and copper. We test for a number of common pesticides in every batch, including Oxyflurofen, Chlorpyrifos (one of the most widely used pesticides) and Bromopropylate. Each batch is also analysed for its fatty acid structure, wax count and acidity levels, all of which help confirm the oil's quality and that it's 100% olive oil.
