No matter the usage—cooking or skin care— you should store our Tallow in a cool, dark place, such as a pantry or cupboard, before opening. Our airtight glass jars will prevent oxidation for up to a year. 

Once opened, keep the Tallow in the refrigerator, where it can last for up to 8 weeks. For even longer storage, freeze it in smaller portions using freezer-safe containers or bags to extend its top-shelf life for several months. 

Make sure you always use clean utensils to avoid contamination and ensure freshness.
