Our mayo is ambient, so it doesn't need to be kept in the fridge until opened. Once opened, keep it in the fridge door at the top to avoid it getting too cold, and try to keep your fridge above 4 degrees. Use within 4 weeks of opening, or by the use-by date printed on the jar. We hope that helps.
