How is the organic coconut milk powder in our collagen creamers made?Updated 22 days ago

A bit like our MCT powder, making a coconut milk powder means spray drying the raw organic coconut milk. This is usually done onto a corn based maltodextrin or other grain based ingredient. Because of labelling rules, these "processing aids" often don't have to appear on the final ingredients list. That means some companies can use cheap, grain based processing aids without stating it on the pack.

We check all of our ingredients for seed oils, grains and refined sugars, so we sourced an organic coconut milk powder that's free from E-numbers and free from grains. A very small amount of cassava root is used in the spray drying process, but it's minimal and the total carbs per serve stay low. Cassava is also paleo and low FODMAP friendly.
