Great to hear you have credits to use! Redeeming them against your subscription is really simple.

1. Log into your account and select your subscription dashboard.
2. You’ll see your available Gather Rewards credit balance on the right-hand side in the green banner.
3. Click the arrow to access your loyalty page.
4. Use the slider to select the amount of credits you’d like to use towards your subscription.
5. Click ‘Redeem’.

A voucher code will then appear. You can either copy the code and use it at checkout, or select ‘Apply to my next order’ to automatically apply it to your next subscription order.

That’s it! Your credits will then be deducted from your Gather Rewards balance.
